Our most requested service. Full setup cleaned in just 30 minutes.
Each visit includes:
Wet sensor cleaning using professional techniques
External cleaning of the camera body
Cleaning of one lens and one additional accessory (flash, grip, etc.)
Preventive maintenance for the full setup: camera + lens + accessory
Inspection of buttons, contacts, mounts, and connection points
Lubrication of moving external parts
Free firmware update (if applicable)
Estimated time: 30 minutes
A small travel fee may apply depending on your area.
On-Site Diagnostics
& Equipment Pickup
We detect the problem and fix it — no need to travel.
On-site diagnostics and repair estimates
Pickup of equipment that requires workshop-level repair
Return delivery once repairs are completed
Note: If the diagnosis involves disassembly or advanced evaluation, a technical fee may apply. We always inform you beforehand — no surprises.
